Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa performed Eid Al Adha prayers at Al Sakhir Palace Mosque, accompanied by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the event was attended by Their Highnesses the sons of HM the King, senior members of the Royal Family, ministers, and senior officers from the Bahrain Defence Force, the Ministry of Interior, and the National Guard. The prayers were led by Shaikh Dr. Rashid bin Mohammed Al Hajri, Chairman of the Sunni Endowments Council, who delivered a sermon emphasizing the noble values of Eid Al Adha.
Shaikh Dr. Rashid also prayed for HM King Hamad, wishing him health, happiness, and a long life to continue steering the Kingdom towards achievements, security, stability, and prosperity. He extended his wishes for Bahrain and its people to enjoy safety and progress under the leadership of HM the King.
After the prayers and sermon, HM King Hamad exchanged greetings with the worshippers, expressing his wishes for further blessings and prosperity for the kingdom and its citizens. The worshippers reciprocated with congratulations to HM the King, hoping for his continued health and success in leading Bahrain's development and prosperity, enhancing its national achievements and international standing, and fulfilling the aspirations of its people under his leadership.
