London: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa attended a dinner banquet hosted in his honour by His Majesty King Charles III of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, marking his participation at the Royal Windsor Horse Show.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the event was also attended by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister; His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of HM the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and National Security Advisor; and His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, Chairman of the General Sports Authority, and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee.
During the banquet, HM King Hamad and HM King Charles III engaged in discussions highlighting the close historical ties between their royal families. They also emphasized the longstanding friendship and strategic partnership between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom.
HM King Hamad extended his wishes for HM King Charles III's abundant health and expressed hopes for further progress and prosperity for the United Kingdom.
