HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad: HM the King’s Support Reflects Commitment to Royal Endurance Team

Manama: His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Captain of the Royal Endurance Team, emphasized that the presence of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa at the Windsor Horse Show demonstrates His Majesty's ongoing support for the Royal Endurance Team in international competitions.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the event was also attended by His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of the General Sports Authority, and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee; as well as His Highness Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Vice President of the Supreme Council for the Environment, Deputy Chairman of the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club, and Member of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports.

His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad highlighted that the team's participation in the festival, especially with the involvement of young riders, aligns with His Majesty's vision to preserve the identity and legacy of Bahraini endurance sport, which has brought numerous achievements to the Kingdom.

He further stated that the team accomplished several objectives set by the technical and administrative staff, which played a role in enhancing the riders' skills and gaining essential experience, contributing to the growth of Bahraini endurance sport in future international events.

His Highness congratulated Royal Endurance Team rider Saud Mubarak Sabt for securing first place in the 120 km race. He also extended congratulations to the riders from the United Arab Emirates, Saif Ahmed Al Mazrouei and Saeed Hamoud Al Khayari, who achieved first and second places respectively in the 160 km race, and to Royal Endurance Team rider Fahad Hilal Al Khateri for finishing third.
