His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today sent a cable of congratulations to the President of Benin, Patrice Talon, on his country’s National Day.
HM the King wished President Patrice Talon abundant health and happiness, as well as further progress and prosperity to the friendly Beninese people.
