His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Saudi Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on being conferred an honorary doctorate by the Board of Trustees of the Moscow State University for International Relations in recognition of his noble role in promoting peaceful co-existence and dialogue among various religions and cultures.
