His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Oil Minister Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, marking the decision of the Board of Trustees of the Moscow State University for International Relations to award HM the King an honorary doctorate, in recognition of his noble role in promoting peaceful co-existence, and dialogue among various religions and cultures.
In the cable, the oil minister hailed the international appreciation which, he said, recognizes HM the King’s achievements across all development fields, adding that the global appreciation reflects Bahrain’s status as a role model to emulate for religious liberties, peaceful coexistence and dialogue between religions and cultures.
