Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Nibras Mohammed Talib, CEO of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) and Chairman of the National Committee to Combat Trafficking in Persons, on Bahrain's achievement in maintaining its Tier 1 status ranking by the US State Department's Trafficking in Persons (TIP) report for the eighth consecutive year.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the LMRA CEO emphasised that Bahrain's success in consolidating its international standing in upholding human rights and combating trafficking in persons was guided by the directives and the vision of His Majesty the King.
