His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today received a cable of congratulations from the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani.
The minister extended deepest congratulations to HM the King marking the Bahrain Diplomatic Day, which is observed every January 14 in recognition of the dedication of the kingdom’s diplomatic competencies in implementing its foreign policy.
Dr. Al-Zayani extended heartfelt gratitude to HM King Hamad for his unwavering support for the Foreign Affairs Ministry, including its diplomats and staff, praising the royal efforts and directives to enhance the kingdom’s friendship and cooperation with all countries, in order to achieve the top interests of the nation and its citizens.
The minister recalled the landmark accomplishments and successes of the Bahraini diplomacy for more than five decades, based on Bahrain’s deep-rooted values of co-existence, fraternity, cooperation and respect for the other, earning the kingdom a distinguished status at the regional and global levels.
The Foreign Affairs Minister prayed to Allah the Almighty to bless HM the King with abundant health, wellness and long life, pledging to continue adhering to the long-standing method of Bahrain’s foreign policy, based on moderation, balance and constructive cooperation with various nations and peoples, drawing inspiration from HM the King’s visions, and based on the support of the government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
