Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, received a cable of congratulations from Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), on the BDF's achievement of securing first place in the first GCC Military Shooting Championship, hosted in Bahrain. According to Bahrain News Agency, the Commander-in-Chief attributed this distinguished military sports achievement to HM the King's unwavering support, guidance, and commitment to advancing military sports and all forms of sports in Bahrain. The Commander-in-Chief wished Bahrain further progress and prosperity under the leadership of HM the King.
