His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Capital Governor Governor Shaikh Hesham bin Abdulrahman Al-Khalifa, on being conferred an honorary doctorate by the Board of Trustees of the Moscow State University for International Relations in recognition of his noble role in promoting peaceful co-existence and dialogue among various religions and cultures.
