Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Chair of the Royal Family Council, led the Council's recent meeting. The gathering was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Chair of the Council, and Prime Minister.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting focused on reviewing topics on its agenda. During the session, Shaikh Salman bin Khalid bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Director-General of the Royal Family Council, presented a document of loyalty and dedication to His Majesty the King. This document reaffirmed the unwavering support and firm allegiance of the Royal Family members, highlighting their unity and commitment to the Kingdom's leadership amidst prevailing challenges.
The document stressed the Royal Family's commitment to defending the Kingdom, safeguarding its achievements, and preserving its unity and dignity. It also affirmed their readiness to uphold national responsibilities with resolve and dedication. The Royal Family Council renewed its pledge of allegiance to His Majesty the King, expressing loyalty, obedience, and commitment to the Kingdom and its leadership.
His Majesty expressed gratitude to the Royal Family members and citizens for their support and loyalty to Bahrain, as reflected in their messages and national positions. He also extended appreciation to Bahraini tribes and families, and those from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Sultanate of Oman, the State of Qatar, and the State of Kuwait, for their support towards Bahrain's security and stability.
His Majesty commended the support from the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the State of Kuwait, the Kingdom of Morocco, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council. He noted that this support reflects the unity, solidarity, and shared destiny among GCC states. HM the King emphasized that Bahrain and its people value this solidarity, which underscores the strong ties among GCC countries and their peoples, wishing continued progress, security, and stability for all GCC states.
