HM King and Crown Prince of Bahrain Strengthen Ties with Lebanese Prime Minister Through Telephone Calls

Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa held a telephone conversation with His Excellency Nawaf Salam, the Prime Minister of the Lebanese Republic, during Salam's visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain. His Majesty emphasized the strong relationship between Bahrain and Lebanon, reiterating Bahrain's commitment to supporting development in various areas to fulfill the aspirations of both nations and their citizens. Additionally, His Majesty extended his greetings to His Excellency Joseph Aoun, President of the Lebanese Republic, expressing his wishes for Aoun's success and Lebanon's prosperity.

According to Bahrain News Agency, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, also engaged in a telephone call with Prime Minister Salam. During the call, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister affirmed the robust relations between Bahrain and Lebanon, highlighting the ongoing progress towards further development and collaboration. He expressed hopes for expanded cooperation and coordination between the two nations. HRH conveyed his greetings to President Aoun, wishing him success and Lebanon's continued growth.

Prime Minister Salam expressed gratitude to His Majesty the King and HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for the hospitality extended to him and his delegation during their visit to Bahrain. He emphasized Lebanon's unwavering support for Bahrain and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries in safeguarding their security, sovereignty, and stability.
