Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, extended congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on Muharraq Club’s winning of AFC Cup.
HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa described the achievement as a reflection of the great support accorded by HM the King to the Bahraini sport. He also praised the unflinching support of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to the Bahraini clubs. He lauded the support of First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS), President of the General Sport Authority (GSA) and Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC), HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, to Muharraq Club throughout the Asian championship.
HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa commended the great efforts made by Bahrain Football Association (BFA), under the Presidency of Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, in supporting Muharraq Club throughout the Asian tournament which paved the way to the football team to clinch the title. He also lauded the dedicated work shown by the club’s Board of Directors under the chairmanship of Shaikh Ahmed bin Ali Al Khalifa.
HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa praised the role of Muharraq Club supporters in bringing about the title through their support to the club.
