HH Shaikh Nasser Bin Hamad Engages with ‘Try To Work’ Programme Students

Manama: His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), welcomed students involved in the fourth edition of the 'Try To Work' programme. This initiative is organized by the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry as part of its community partnership efforts.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting was attended by Ayman bin Tawfiq Al Moayyad, Secretary-General of the SCYS; Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi, Minister of Youth Affairs; and Sameer Abdullah Nass, Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry. HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad emphasized the importance of the "Try To Work" Programme in strengthening community partnerships and enhancing the practical experience of Bahraini youth. He highlighted the programme's role in preparing a qualified generation ready to compete in the labour market.

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad praised the programme's success in empowering youth and providing them with practical experience. He described the initiative as a model of integration between educational institutions and the private sector, underscoring its role in supporting youth involvement in national development. He stressed the importance of launching similar initiatives to enhance students' field experiences and instill values such as commitment, discipline, and teamwork.

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad also noted the critical role of Bahraini youth as the cornerstone of development and the foundation for building the country's future.
