Rabat: His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Majesty's Representative for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs, recently took part in the 29th Lalla Meryem Cup at the Royal Golf Dar Es Salam in Morocco.
According to Bahrain News Agency, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad engaged in discussions with His Royal Highness Prince Moulay Rachid, President of the Royal Moroccan Golf Federation, focusing on the Lalla Meryem Cup, which coincided with the 50th Hassan II Golf Trophy. Leading a team that included Hamad Al Marrisi, Moulay Abdellah Benzidane, and Italian professional Anna Zanusso, His Highness's team secured third place in the tournament's gross-8 PRO-AM category.
HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad highlighted the successful establishment of the Lalla Meryem Cup as a leading golf tournament, noting the high standard of play and significant international participation. He praised the organizing committee for their dedication to maintaining top-tier standards throughout the event.
