Manama: Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to Chechen President, Ramzan Akhmadovich Kadyrov, and his best wishes of further growth and prosperity to the Chechen Republic.
This came during the attendance of the inauguration ceremony of Ramzan Akhmad Kadyrov on the occasion of his re-election as President of the Chechen Republic.
HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa affirmed HM the King’s keenness to build strong relations with the Chechen Republic based on mutual cooperation and trust. He congratulated the Chechen President on his re-election, wishing him every success in assuming his national responsibilities.
HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa commended strong relations of friendship between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Chechen Republic, stressing common keenness on religious moderation, tolerance and peace. He praised the Chechen President’s efforts to fast-track development in Chechnya while preserving traditions and faiths. He also lauded the role of the Chechen Republic at the regional and international level.
HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa pointed out success of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Chechen Republic in curbing the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, providing optimum healthcare services and protecting the productive sectors from its repercussions.
