HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman attends part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s 2022 Crown Prince Camel Festival

Taif, Sept. 17 (BNA): His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, today attended part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s 2022 Crown Prince Camel Festival, organised by the Saudi Camel Federation at the camel racing field in the Taif Governorate.

 

 

His Highness highlighted the depth of longstanding ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, which continue to solidify thanks to the ongoing support and commitment of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

 

 

His Highness noted His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s continued support to camel racing, which has fostered the sport’s development in Bahrain and raised its capacity to attain commendable achievements globally.

 

 

 

His Highness further noted the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of Saudi Arabia, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud’s support to the sport of camel racing, which has furthered its development.

 

 

His Highness commended the Minister of Sports of Saudi Arabia, President of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee, and President of the International Camel Federation, His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, as well as the Saudi Camel Federation, led by His Highness Prince Fahd bin Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed, for their ongoing support to camel sports.

 

 

His Highness also praised the festival’s outstanding arrangement and the large turnout of camel owners and contestants, which reflects the passion of the people of the Arabian Gulf to continue preserving the legacy of their ancestors, and he wished Saudi Arabia continued success in upcoming races.
