Manama, His highness H Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) First Deputy Chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) President, received a cable of congratulations from Dr. Shaikha Mai bint Suleiman Al Otaibi, Bahrain Bayan School Board of Trustees’ Chair, following the issuance of a royal decree by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, appointing him as Board of Directors Chairman of the General Sports Authority (GSA).
