Manama: His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa has issued Edict (23) of 2025, announcing the reformation of the Board of Directors for the Bahrain Deaf Sports Federation for the term spanning from 2025 to 2028.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the newly appointed board will be led by Maryam Fouad Saleh Hassan Al Shehab. The board membership comprises Shaikh Salman bin Ali bin Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Jassim Hassan Ibrahim Jassim Mubarak, Fatima Ali Hassan Ali Al Mutawaj, Hassan Yousif Ali Mohammed Janahi, Noor Al Huda Isa Ahmed Abdulwahab Rabie, Akbar Salman Abdullah Ali, Waheed Ahmed Hassan Ahmed, and Fatima Ebrahim Juma Al Doy.
This reformation aims to support and develop sports activities for individuals with hearing impairments in Bahrain, fostering an inclusive environment that encourages participation and excellence in sports.
