HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa International Show Jumping Championship Concludes at Al Raffa Field

Manama: Under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of the General Sports Authority, and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, the HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa International Show Jumping Championship (One-Star) concluded at the Military Sports Union Field in Al Raffa. The event was held from February 5 to 7 and featured strong competition and wide participation.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the event was attended by HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad's sons, His Highness Shaikh Faisal bin Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa and His Highness Shaikh Abdullah bin Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa. They attended parts of the competition and presented the winners of the main class with awards. The title was won by the Kingdom of Bahrain's Hussain Dadalla of the Ministry of Interior team, riding Jacadello, who completed the advanced class over 140cm fences in 51.12 seconds with no faults. Second place went to Bahrain's Haitham Al Bastaki on Daytona with four faults, followed by Ireland's Sven Joseph on Bastian with eight faults. Haitham Al Bastaki placed fourth on Billy, while Sultan Al Romaihi finished sixth on Graba.

In the medium class (accumulator with joker, 130cm), Hussain Dadalla won again on Elite with 44 points in 39.51 seconds. Nasser Mohammed from the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) placed second on Consuela, followed by Ireland's Sven Joseph on Elena. Sultan Al Romaihi finished fourth on Estoril, Ali Abdulrasool Ashoor fifth on Invictus, and the United Kingdom's Molly Graham sixth on Luby.

In the small class (two-phase, 120cm), Mayoof Al Rumaihi from the Ministry of Interior took first place on Cash in 18.69 seconds. Hussain Dadalla finished second on Golden Eyes, Bader Janahi third on Bel Air, Ireland's Sven Joseph fourth on Condor, Anas Abboudi fifth on Dejavu, and Sultan Al Romaihi sixth on Amor.
