Al raffah: His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court and Chairman of the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club’s (REHC) High Committee, attended the sixth race of the 2025-2026 season, organised by REHC at its racecourse in Al Raffah, Sakhir.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the eight-round race was held over the RedX Industries Cups, with the attendance of HH Shaikh Hamad bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa and HH Shaikh Salman bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, along with a number of Their Highnesses and representatives of RedX Industries, the official sponsor.
The event drew a large audience of equestrian sports enthusiasts. The evening featured recreational activities and competitive races across all eight rounds, including the strong season debut of Byline, which won the fifth round, and an impressive performance by jockey Ebrahim Nader, who secured four victories.
Winners of the RedX Industries cups were honoured during the event. HH Shaikh Hamad bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa received the fifth-round trophy from Shaikh Ali bin Isa Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of RedX Industries, following the victory of Byline, the Al Adiyat Racing horse.
Shaikh Ali bin Isa Al Khalifa also presented the seventh-round trophy to the winning owner Abdulla Fawzi Nass and the eighth-round trophy to the winning owner Abdulla Al Zari. Yusuf Osama Buheji, Chief Executive Officer of REHC, presented the REHC Sprint Cup to the winning owner Mohammed Khalid Abdulrahim.
