Manama: His Highness Lieutenant Commander Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa attended today the joint naval exercise "Bridge 25", conducted by the Bahrain Defense Force (BDF), represented by the Royal Bahraini Naval Force (RBNF), in collaboration with the Eastern Fleet of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF). His Highness affirmed the longstanding ties and enduring partnership between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia across various sectors. HH highlighted the unwavering support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, as well as His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia. According to Bahrain News Agency, His Highness affirmed the advanced levels of cooperation and coordination be tween the two countries across all fields, particularly within military and defense. HH Lieutenant Commander Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman underscored the prominent contributions of the RSNF in safeguarding maritime security, noting that their efforts, in coordination with allied forces, significantly contribute to consolidating regional security and stability. HH Lieutenant Commander Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa observed the exercise and its command and control operations, emphasizing the value of joint exercises like "Bridge 25" in enhancing coordination, integration, and the exchange of expertise between the two naval forces. His Highness expressed his gratitude and appreciation to all participants of the "Bridge 25", noting their efforts in completing their assigned tasks and wishing them continued success. The joint training is being held from 1 - 5 December.
