HH Khalid bin Hamad Congratulates HM King and HRH Crown Prince on National Volleyball Team’s Arab Championship Win.

Manama: His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of the General Sports Authority, and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee congratulated His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa; His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister; and His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, on the national volleyball team's victory at the 23rd Arab Championship, following their win over Qatar, three sets to one, in the final match. According to Bahrain News Agency, His Highness commended this Arab-level achievement, further enhancing Bahrain's sporting record and demonstrating the strength and distinction of the national volleyball teams in competitions regionally and internationally. He also congratulated the Chairman and members of the Bahrain Volleyball Fed eration. HH Shaikh Khalid praised the team's performance and high technical skill throughout the tournament, where they honourably represented Bahrain with commitment and determination. He highlighted that this achievement reflects the efforts of the Bahrain Volleyball Federation, the support from His Majesty the King and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for the sports and youth sector, along with the players' dedication, the role of the coaching and administrative teams, and the supporters, all of which contributed to this success and status of Bahraini volleyball. HH Shaikh Khalid wished the national team would continue to achieve further success.
