Secretary-General of the Higher Education Council (HEC) and Deputy Chairperson of HEC Board of Trustees, Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, today received the Director-General of Vatel Bahrain, Shaikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa.
The two sides discussed the progress of the academic programmes delivered by Vatel Bahrain, and its efforts to enhance the skillset of the students in order to enable them to enter the labour market.
Dr. Shaikha Rana highlighted the Higher Education Council’s keenness to provide all forms of support to the higher education institutions in the kingdom so as to be able to enhance their performance and improve their educational reputation.
Shaikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa expressed pride in meeting HEC Secretary-General, praising the support enjoyed by Vatel Bahrain at all levels, which reflects the kingdom’s great appreciation for the education sector.
