Manama: Dr. Jaleela bint Al Sayed Jawad Hassan, Minister of Health, emphasised that Bahraini Women's Day reflects the kingdom's commitment to women's advancement, supported by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and guided by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Hassan commended the Supreme Council for Women, led by Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, for strengthening women's participation across all development sectors through structured programmes and strategic initiatives.
The Minister noted that the health sector remains a prominent field for Bahraini women, who excel in medical, administrative, and managerial roles, contributing to service quality and national development.
She underscored that the Ministry of Health continues to support women's professional growth in alignment with Bahrain's broader developmental vision.
