MANAMA: Gulf Air has announced the introduction of seasonal flights for the summer of 2025, adding Nice, France, and Geneva, Switzerland, to its network. The flights will commence on May 22 for Nice and June 3 for Geneva, continuing through the summer months until September 28 and September 12, respectively. The airline will operate two weekly flights from Bahrain to both destinations, with a stopover in Milan. According to Bahrain News Agency, Gulf Air will utilize its Airbus A321neo aircraft for these routes, aiming to provide passengers with enhanced travel experiences through its modern cabin design, comfortable seating, and advanced in-flight entertainment systems. This marks the fourth consecutive year Nice is featured as a seasonal destination for Gulf Air, while Geneva returns for a second consecutive summer following a successful stint in 2024. The flight schedule includes departures from Bahrain to Nice via Milan on Thursdays and Sundays at 01:40 am, with return flights leaving Nice at 09:50 am. S imilarly, flights to Geneva will depart Bahrain via Milan on Tuesdays and Fridays at 01:40 am, with return flights from Geneva scheduled for 09:40 am. Gulf Air views the launch of these seasonal routes as part of its broader strategy to expand within the European market, targeting both leisure and business travelers.
