Government Hospitals Partners with InciSioN Academy to Enhance Surgical Training

Manama: The Government Hospitals Administration announced a strategic partnership with InciSioN Academy, a leading educational platform for surgical training, to provide advanced training programmes for surgical staff. This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of healthcare services and the efficiency of medical staff.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the partnership aims to equip healthcare professionals with modern and specialised skills through access to over 300 training courses covering 15 surgical disciplines. These include traditional surgery, robotic surgery, and advanced surgical procedures, targeting various operating room roles such as surgeons, nurses, nursing assistants, anaesthesia technicians, radiology technicians, and sterilisation teams. The initiative seeks to boost team readiness and elevate surgical performance in line with international best practices.

The training programme adopts a cutting-edge educational approach that integrates theoretical instruction with practical application using both 2D and 3D technologies. It features a robust assessment mechanism and offers accredited certification, supporting the ongoing professional development of medical staff.
