Cairo: Dr. Maryam Athbi Al Jalahma, Chief Executive of Government Hospitals, delivered a lecture on the achievements and challenges of Bahrain's government hospitals during the Egy Health Expo 2025 held in Egypt. Dr. Al Jalahma reviewed key milestones in Bahrain's public health sector over recent years, highlighting the ongoing efforts to drive development and improvement to establish an advanced model for responsiveness and the quality of healthcare services provided.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Al Jalahma outlined major achievements and advancements by the Government Hospitals, including infrastructure development, the adoption of the latest electronic systems in health service management, continued improvements in the quality of medical care, and the implementation of training and continuous education programmes for national professionals. She noted that these efforts contribute to consolidating Bahrain's position as a leading healthcare hub in the region.
