Riyadh: Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), met Othman Belbeisi, the Regional Director of the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) for the Middle East and North Africa. Albudaiwi expressed gratitude to the IOM for its efforts in collaborating with GCC countries in areas related to migration, development, and workers' rights. According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting focused on several topics of mutual interest and explored ways to enhance cooperation between the GCC and the IOM. Both parties exchanged views on migration and labour issues that are of common concern, aiming to strengthen their collaboration in these areas.
