GCC Sec Gen Welcomes Syria’s Announcement of Roadmap to Resolve As-Suwayda Governorate Crisis

Manama: Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), welcomed the Arab Republic of Syria's announcement of reaching a roadmap to resolve the crisis in the As-Suwayda Governorate. The Secretary General commended the efforts of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the United States of America in supporting this announcement, which will contribute to enhancing security and peace in Syria and achieving the Syrian people's aspirations for stability, development, and prosperity.
