Manama: Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), condemned in the strongest terms the continued Iranian attacks on the State of Kuwait. Albudaiwi noted that the continued attacks constitute a flagrant violation of the principles of international law, the Charter of the United Nations, and the principles of good neighbourliness.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Albudaiwi reaffirmed the full support of GCC member states for Kuwait in all measures undertaken to safeguard its security and stability and ensure the safety of its citizens and residents.
