Manama:Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, the Speaker of the Council of Representatives, has praised the significant achievements of joint Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) action, which have been supported by the leaders of GCC countries.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Speaker Al Musallam emphasized Bahrain's commitment, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, to support efforts and initiatives that enhance GCC integration and promote development and prosperity.
He also highlighted the dedication of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to advancing joint GCC action, particularly in the commercial and industrial sectors, to benefit the interests and progress of GCC countries.
The Speaker noted that the upcoming Made in GCC Forum and Exhibition 2026, hosted by Bahrain under the patronage of HM the King, is a testament to the sustainable achievements realized through shared vision and unified policies aimed at strengthening GCC security.
Furthermore, Al Musallam pointed out that enhancing strategic relations among GCC countries is a key parliamentary priority for Bahrain's Council of Representatives and all GCC legislative councils. He expressed his best wishes for the success of the Made in GCC Forum and Exhibition 2026, hoping it will further contribute to the framework of joint GCC action.
