Manama: The Fuel Pricing and Monitoring Committee in the local market has announced approved fuel prices in the Kingdom of Bahrain for September, in line with the approved pricing mechanism and reflecting changes in global markets.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the committee stated that the prices will take effect from September 2. The approved prices include Jayyid (91) at 0.225 Bahraini dinar per litre, Mumtaz (95) at 0.247 Bahraini dinar per litre, Super (98) at 0.380 Bahraini dinar per litre, and Diesel at 0.229 Bahraini dinar per litre.
The committee confirmed that diesel subsidies for Bahraini fishermen will remain in place. Additionally, it emphasized its commitment to continuously monitor global market developments and take necessary actions to ensure that prices remain balanced in accordance with prevailing economic conditions.
