Manama, Chief of Human Rights Affairs, Ambassador Dr. Arwa Hasan Al-Sayed, chaired a series of meetings with various civil society institutions in preparation for the Human Rights Universal Periodic Review (UPR) report.
The meetings discussed the most important recommendations of the UPR and reviewed the progress of the Kingdom in that regard.
They also shed light on the national human rights plan and projects related to strengthening the work of civil society institutions and their contributions to supporting and strengthening human rights in the Kingdom.
