Manama: Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Oman. The meeting focused on the longstanding Bahrain-Oman relations and the enhancement of cooperation between the two nations, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the discussions also included ongoing preparations for the Kingdom of Bahrain's hosting of the 46th Gulf Summit, which will be chaired by His Majesty King Hamad. The ministers reviewed topics to be included on the summit's agenda, as well as other issues of mutual interest.
