Manama: Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, held a telephone call with Dr. Badr Abdelatty, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration, and Egyptian Expatriates. Both ministers discussed the deep ties between Bahrain and Egypt and reviewed means to further develop them. They emphasised the importance of continued cooperation, coordination, and consultation to advance shared interests and benefit both countries and their peoples.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the call also included an exchange of views on the latest regional developments and current issues, as well as coordination of regional efforts aimed at achieving comprehensive peace and ensuring regional security and stability. They also addressed various matters of mutual concern.
