Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, received here today the Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Ramy Al-Adwan, on the occasion of his selections as the Dean of Diplomatic Corps in the Kingdom.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs congratulated Ambassador Ramy Al-Adwan on the trust bestowed upon him by the diplomatic community in the kingdom, by selecting him the Dean of Diplomatic Corps in Bahrain.
He also stressed the deep-rooted brotherly relations between the two countries, which are based on the foundations of mutual respect and shared keenness to enhance bilateral relations.
The two sides reviewed bilateral cooperation and joint coordination, as well as means to enhance them. They also discussed issues of common interest.
The meeting was also attended by the Foreign Affairs Ministry’s Undersecretary for Political Affairs, Ambassador Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa and the Chief of Arab Affairs, Ahmed Mohammed Al Tarifi.
