Manama: Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, welcomed Senator Ian Gorst, the Minister for External Relations of the Bailiwick of Jersey, along with his accompanying delegation during their visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the two leaders engaged in discussions about the strong cooperation between Bahrain and Jersey. They reviewed the progress of bilateral cooperation, particularly in economic and investment areas, which benefit the mutual interests of both countries. Additionally, they addressed issues of common interest on regional and international stages.
The meeting also saw the presence of Ambassador Shaikh Abdullah bin Ali Al Khalifa, the Director General of Bilateral Relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
