The Minister of Foreign Affairs, HE. Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, met today with the Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs of the brotherly Republic of Yemen, HE. Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak, on the sidelines of the 17th session of the Manama Dialogue.
They discussed bilateral cooperation and coordination and ways to enhance relations in various fields. They also discussed the latest political and security developments in Yemen, and the efforts being made as part of the United Nations efforts to reach a political solution to bring peace in Yemen in accordance with internationally approved resolutions.
The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Dr. Ali Hassan Al-Ahmadi, the Director-General of the Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Talal Abdul Salam Al-Ansari, and the Chief of Arab Affairs, Ahmed Al-Tarifi.
