Manama: Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received Khalid Ibrahim Al Rumaeh, Deputy Minister for Projects and Assets at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Both sides reviewed the longstanding relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, highlighting the commitment of the leadership of both countries to further enhance cooperation across various domains for the mutual benefit of their nations and peoples. They also discussed current areas of bilateral cooperation and means of enhancing them, as well as a number of issues of mutual interest.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting was attended by Ambassador Talal Abdulsalam Al Ansari, Undersecretary for Consular and Administrative Affairs, and Ambassador Eman Fouad Mattar, Director of the Institutional Development Directorate at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
