Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, met today, at the headquarters of the Mission of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Nations in New York, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Madagascar, His Excellency Patrick Rajoelina, on the sidelines of the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Madagascar in various fields that would serve the interests of both countries and peoples, in addition to exchanging views on a number of regional and international issues of common interest.
The meeting was attended by the Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Nations in New York, His Excellency Ambassador Jamal Faris Al Rowaiei, the Director-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Ambassador Talal Abdulsalam Al Ansari, and the delegation accompanying the Foreign Minister.
