Manama, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, received today local columnists in the presence of the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Consular and Administrative Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Ali Bahzad and a number of officials.
The minister welcomed the outcomes of the recent visits of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Arab Republic of Egypt and the French Republic where he participated in a number of meetings and summits.
He affirmed that His Majesty’s participation reflected his keenness to strengthen Bahraini ties with other countries and support all efforts that aim at preserving peace and security in all countries of the world.
Dr. Al-Zayani commended His Majesty’s diplomatic approach which focuses on promoting the values of peace, cooperation and dialogue.
He also highlighted a number to topics that were addressed during His Majesty’s visits, including the Palestinian cause, combatting terrorism, food security, trade and investment cooperation, among many others.
