Manama: Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received Dr. Bastian Giegerich, Director General and CEO of the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), Air Marshal (Retired) Martin Sampson, Executive Director of IISS-Middle East, and Jonelle Davis, Managing Director of IISS-Middle East. According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting centered on the latest developments and preparations for the 20th IISS Manama Dialogue, which Bahrain is set to host from December 6-8. Discussions also included exploring ways to enhance cooperation and coordination between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and IISS to ensure the success of the upcoming conference.
