Manama: Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today met Ahmet Gurbanov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, on the sidelines of the third Joint Ministerial Meeting of the Strategic Dialogue between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Central Asian States.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting focused on reviewing the bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Turkmenistan. Discussions were aimed at exploring avenues to enhance cooperation to serve the common interests of both nations.
Additionally, both parties exchanged views on regional developments and their implications for regional security and stability. The dialogue also covered topics of mutual interest, underlining the commitment of both countries to maintaining a collaborative approach in addressing regional challenges.
