Manama: The Arab Administrative Development Organisation (ARADO), affiliated with the Arab League, has reappointed Dr. Fawzia Yousif Al Jeeb, who serves as the Advisor to the Chairman of the Shura Council and Chairperson of the Equal Opportunities Committee at the Shura Council's Secretariat-General, to the Board of Trustees of the Arab Network for Communication and Public Relations (ANCPR) for a third consecutive term, with her tenure now extended until December 2026.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the ANCPR renewed its trust in Dr. Al Jeeb due to her expertise and significant contributions in public relations and media. She has played a vital role in advancing the network's initiatives and strengthening ties among Arab nations. Dr. Al Jeeb expressed pride in representing the Kingdom of Bahrain for another term and sees this appointment as a recognition of the pioneering role of Bahraini women in several fields. She also acknowledged the support of Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, for his efforts in empowering Bahraini talent and enhancing their presence regionally and internationally.
Dr. Al Jeeb was instrumental in founding the ANCPR in 2017, having been appointed to its founding committee with other Arab experts and specialists nominated by ARADO to formulate the network's bylaws and outline its goals and mission.
The ANCPR serves as a specialised platform under ARADO, aimed at bolstering cooperation among public relations and institutional communication professionals across the Arab world. The network is dedicated to fostering knowledge exchange, promoting best practices, and nurturing a culture of effective communication within Arab societies.
