Manama: Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain, received Tatjana Garcevic, Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The meeting focused on strengthening the bilateral relations and cooperation between Bahrain and Serbia.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the discussions between Dr. Al Zayani and Ambassador Garcevic highlighted the importance of expanding cooperative efforts to support the mutual interests of both nations and their citizens. The dialogue also covered recent regional developments and their potential impacts on regional security, stability, and the global economy.
In addition to these discussions, the meeting provided an opportunity for both parties to exchange views on various issues of mutual interest. The engagement was also attended by Shaikha Al Anoud bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Acting Chief of the European Affairs Sector at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
