Manama: Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, met with Dr. Amir Reza, Vice President of Global Education and Dean of the Babson Academy for the Advancement of Global Entrepreneurial Learning at Babson College, during his visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain to participate in the World Entrepreneurs and Investment Forum (WEIF) 2026. The meeting was attended by Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Commerce.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Minister emphasized Bahrain's commitment to strengthening collaboration with leading global academic institutions. This initiative aims to enhance the competitiveness of national competencies and prepare them to meet the evolving demands of economic growth and development.
The meeting also focused on discussing joint cooperation and topics of mutual interest, highlighting the importance of educational partnerships in driving forward economic objectives and fostering entrepreneurial learning.
