Manama: Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, met with Barbara Leaf, US Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs, in a significant diplomatic engagement during the 20th Regional Security Summit, the "Manama Dialogue" 2024. According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting was attended by key figures including Shaikh Abdulla bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Bahraini Ambassador to the US, and Shaikh Khalid bin Ali bin Jaber Al Khalifa, the Deputy National Security Advisor and Deputy Secretary-General of the Supreme Defence Council. The discussions underscored the robust relations between Bahrain and the United States, focusing on their dedication to fortifying ties and pursuing shared objectives. Shaikh Salman highlighted the advancements in bilateral cooperation, particularly within areas of strategic interest to both nations.
