Manama: Marking Bahraini Engineer Day, Kamal bin Ahmed Mohammed, President of the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA), congratulated Bahraini engineers, acknowledging their crucial contribution to the Kingdom's infrastructure and service sectors.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Mohammed emphasized that the EWA's team of over 450 engineers is fundamental to the Authority's success. This team ensures the reliable delivery of electricity and water services and plays a pivotal role in shaping future projects.
Mohammed stated that Bahraini engineers are essential partners in advancing the Kingdom's sustainable development. They support ongoing progress under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the guidance of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
He pointed out EWA's continuous investment in nurturing national engineering talent through training and professional development programs. These initiatives enhance technical expertise and expose engineers to the latest global practices and technologies.
