Manama: The Equal Opportunities Committee at the National Communication Centre (NCC) convened its regular meeting for the first quarter of 2026, under the leadership of Islam Ahmed Abduljabbar, Director General of the Global Communication Office and Chairman of the Equal Opportunities Committee.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting focused on assessing the progress of initiatives outlined in the committee's plan for the initial quarter of the year. These initiatives are designed to support employees across different situations, promote gender balance, and strengthen the principle of equal opportunities within the workplace.
Additionally, the meeting underscored the importance of further developing institutional work mechanisms that underpin equal opportunities. This development is aimed at fostering a motivating work environment that considers employees' needs and addresses various challenges, thereby positively impacting performance quality and the fulfillment of strategic objectives.
